Andrin and Mami were busy one naptime last week working on felted stones. It turned out that it is quite difficult for little four-year-old hands (it even was hard for Mami's old hands) and Andrin decided that it was more fun to make little worms. So we ended up with lots of little worms. But Andrin loved the feeling of the wool and the soap on his hands. Mami was surprised that he was hard at work for over a hour!
And this is Papa's way to show that he misses Eugene. If you know him, you know about his love for M&M's cookies from Market of Choice, but he occasionally enlarges that list to ... well ... doughnuts. And this was his project for the weekend. They tasted really well, but Papa decided that there is room for improvement. Does that mean that we get more of them?
And this is our little miss Bigna: Loving shoes and pointing out whenever she is putting on someone else's shoes. She started talking with saying "food" but that is not such a favorite word anymore. At the moment, she is really into "my". Mami will fold the wash and she will comment on every single piece who it belongs to.
And last, but not least ... Andrin has been really practicing his letters. He now even asks to do his homework from preschool himself and does not need to be reminded. And he is so proud when he recognizes one of the letters that he learned on the street, in a book ...
