Well, the last week has been quite eventful for us:
- My youngest brother, Timmie, got married on 2/11/2011 in White Plains, NY.
- (And they will be heading home to Switzerland at the end of March 2011.)
- Bigna Stien McKenzie was born on 2/13/2011.
- My middle brother, Jorrit, got a BIG job offer. (I don't want to say anything else because it is so new at the moment ...)
- Clemens got his grant money from the Schweizerischen Nationalfonds and will start in August 2011 his position at the University of Basel with his own lab. Congratulations, Papa! We are so proud of you! This means, that we will be moving back to Switzerland at the end of June 2011. So be aware that we will be bugging you again, Swiss friends (and trying to get rid of all our stuff here, dear American friends)!

Is it bad that I read your exciting news for the week and am left feeling a little jealous of your Swiss friends? Sigh...
So very happy for you guys...so very sad we are going to have to say goodbye in June. The Garners are going to MISS the Cabernard family. Make sure you find a place in Switzerland that has ESPN, otherwise Beau may not be up for a visit! :)
