What a week ...

It has been quite the week ... Opa Jumbo is in the hospital and we wish him all the best and a quick recovery. Also, Omama (Mami's grandmother) is in the hospital, after falling in the bathroom and we also wish her a quick recovery. Then, Andrin and Bigna both got sick. Bigna first started with a runny nose and a horrible cough. Then, Andrin was sent back home from daycare (Mami was just in the middle of uploading her first bills from her private practice:) with a pink eye. This was Friday early afternoon. By Friday evening, he was coughing had a runny nose, and a fever. And this right when Mami was going to be gone the entire weekend for a conference. And then of course .... Andrin started complaining about his ear hurting ... Well ... We are back on another round of antibiotics. We tried to get an earlier appointment at the specialist to decide what to do about his ear (he is getting recurring ear infections in the ear that the tube fell out) and were able to have an appointment four days (!) (huhu!!!) earlier. It was so difficult to convince them that we really did not need an earlier appointment! And on top of everything, Oma also got sick after baby sitting Andrin and Bigna on Thursday. Just after starting back after Easter break, Opa also got sick, so that they are laying in bed as well ...
Today, we are all doing better. Andrin's ear is not hurting as much, Bigna only has a runny nose, ... And we are hoping that we will be back to normal soon!

Andrin thought that it was quite a good idea to put his underwear on his head for a change.

Little sister that it was quite the look as well ...

Just in time, Bigna discovered how to blow her nose.

Just a fun age. Whenever you ask Bigna something, she will do it (I wonder how long that will last:).  She also has been getting better in using her signs and letting us now what she wants and has on her mind.

A new fort.

Andrin has been big into building things. Here, he built a farm for his animals. Too cute ... If  it just would not have been at ten o'clock at night when he had to build it ...
