Gotti Nisha

These past couple of days, we had our friend Nisha visiting us from Switzerland. She left her two little kids at home and came all the way to visit us and other friends in Portland. Thanks so much for spending some time with us, Nisha! The good bye was not as bittersweet this time, because we will already be back in Switzerland in three months (yes, we booked the flight and the kids and I will be leaving on June 22nd with Oma's help and support!). But Bigna had a chance to meet her Swiss godmother Nisha (Bigna and Andrin both have a set of Swiss and a set of American godparents ...) and was quite content with her! And Andrin loved the extra attention as well.

We had to take Nisha to a fabric store in town. I am glad that I did not go in there before because Clemens would have killed me for spending so much money on fabric ... and Andrin also liked the fabric and took them to the bathroom this morning and then ...

draped them around Bigna's crib and said that he made a tent for her and that she does not have to be afraid anymore.
